It begins with a herbal blend of Peppermint, Thyme and Lemon, combined with a Salt Polish, this is followed by a head to toe massage using carefully applied pressures, neuromuscular and Swedish techniques. The Elemental Bliss Day This is 160 minutes of ultimate pampering. This top-to-toe ritual commences with a rejuvenating Mother of Pearl exfoliation while your therapist eases away any tension with a soothing, indulgent Camomile and Rose body massage. The ritual concludes with a pampering and hydrating Cell Active Hydro Facial, including a soothing hot oil scalp massage and stress-releasing foot massage to leave your mind centred and content and your skin nourished, soft and radiant. The Ultimate Bliss Day This ritual seeks to revitalize the complexion, body and mind. An infusion
of vitamins, minerals, collagen and anti-oxidants combine with an AHA exfoliation, extensive lymphatic massage and acupressure to help feed the skin an abundance of nutrients. This ritual includes a full body exfoliation to revive and promote vitality, body wrap and a prescriptive Five Elemental Aroma massage and bio-rejuvenating facial.
